example of this 1969 Ford Torino GT 2 door Fastback Hardtop in a
striking 'Dark Green Metallic' color paint with Gold accent tape
striping and the GT Torino interior trim including a black bucket
seat interior with a center console and factory options of power
steering, power front disc brakes, full wheel covers, hood scoop,
and a rebuilt 302 4BBL V8 engine with low miles since the rebuild
with mild cam headers and a dual flow exhaust! The transmission was
also rebuilt and the car has new brakes.The car also has its
original owners manual and original specifications of a
non-functional fiberlass hood scoop, Black High Level GT Torino
vinyl interior trim, C4 automatic transmission, 2.79 Conventional
Rear Axle, Console, Power steering, Power Front Disc Brakes, Full
GT Wheel Covers, Tinted glass amp; Deluxe seatbelts. The car also
has a Marti Report confirming its originality.The 'Dark Green
Metallic' color paint has been repainted and is still in very fair
condition and the interior is in very good shape with an after
marker CD player having been installed in the dash. The car's
original spare wheel and jack are still in the trunk as as are the
car's original valve covers as seen in the photos below. This
particular car drives very well with its rebuilt 302 V8 engine now
matched to a 4BBL carburettor with mild cams being extremely strong
and responsive and the rebuilt transmission shifts smoothly through
the gears and the engine temperature always remains cool. In
summary this is one very good, but certainly not show quality,
example of this increasingly collectible and desirable all American
classic car, a 1969 Ford Torino GT 2 Door Fastback Hardtop with its
the 302 V8 engine and automatic transmission having been recently
rebuilt in turn-key ready daily driving, daily head-turning, and
daily appreciating condition!
