Vehicle Description
This C5 Corvette is a 1962 conversion done by Classic Reflection
Coachworks (CRC). With a painstakingly faithful '62 body designed
on Boeing's 3D modeling computers and rendered in the same
carbon-fiber composite that Aston Martin, Mercedes-McLaren and
other ultra-high-end European brands use, the quality of the CRC
conversions is second-to-none. It retains the underpinnings of the
original C5 Corvette donor car including the 5.7-liter engine, the
automatic transmission and the suspension. It also retains the
original interior with modern audio, air-conditioning and heating
systems, the factory top with heated glass rear window, all the
airbags, stability/traction control systems and even all of the
factory crash structures. The example offered here started as a
low-mile, one-owner 2004 Commemorative Edition Roadster equipped
from the factory with a host of optional extras including heads-up
display, magnetic-selective ride control, remote 12-CD changer for
the Bose audio system, memory package, power telescoping steering
column, Twilight sentinel and electrochromatic mirrors. In the
build, it was special ordered a host of extra features from CRC's
options list, which included the authentic emblems, solid rear
exhaust panel for an even more faithful look, Dynamat sound
deadening, dash bezels, leather sun visors, color-matched engine
covers, powder-coated brake calipers and high-performance exhaust
system. Included with purchase is the CRC build invoice, the
original factory Window Sticker and owner's manual. It has 55,103
actual miles.
