Leather Interior, is 1 of Only 1,300 US-spec D90s that were
imported in 1997, which was also the only year for the larger 4.0L
V8 engine and the rugged ZF automatic transmission combination.
This desirable D90 features Factory A/C, Black Removable Hardtop
with Safari Windows, Black Removable Soft Top, Leather Upholstery
and Console, Rear Front-Facing Bench Seat with Seatbelts, Front-End
Brush Bar, Hella Fog Lamps, Front Fender-Mounted Rocker Panel Black
Diamond Plating, Upgraded Kenwood head unit with Bluetooth phone
connection. Sold new in California, this fabulous D90 spent a
pampered life in sunny CA until 2013, when it came to the Seattle
area. Recent new head gaskets, front cover & oil pan gaskets, plugs
& wires, fluids. A very nice Defender, it has been extremely
well-cared for and never abused, and has just undergone servicing
here at the Park Place LTD Service Center. These Defender 90's are
extremely desirable for both longevity and rarity.One of the
ultimate off-road machines, the Land Rover D-90 gets high marks for
both rugged capability and desirability. The 4.0L V8 is mated to a
heavy-duty 4-speed ZF transmission with a near bullet-proof locking
differential and 4WD - perfect for those steep grades. This D90
also features a brush bar in the front for when it gets a bit
thick, as well as Hella fog lamps, and a full-size spare tire.This
D90 underwent minor cosmetic freshening in 2013 that included a
repaint in correct Monza Red and the original hardtop was
refinished. Inside, the seats were reupholstered with custom
leather covers and an updated Alpine / Focal premium audio system
