Vehicle Description
Retaining its classic looks, this 3100 custom step-side pickup
represents an excellent example of a frame-off build with high
attention to detail, creating a modern show truck. This beauty
started life as a clean truck before its transformation to its
current state. It is powered by an updated 350ci Chevrolet engine
featuring Edelbrock intake and carburetor, ceramic-coated headers,
4-speed automatic transmission, 10-bolt Chevy rear end, 4-core
aluminum radiator and many other performance upgrades. The truck
has power disc brakes and power steering. The interior features
Lokar upgrades, custom power seat, tilt wheel, custom sound and a
battery kill switch for added security. The entire vehicle is both
highly detailed and extremely well-finished. The body panels are
straight-as-an-arrow, and there are small custom features that took
hundreds of hours to complete. The box features a custom aluminum
fuel tank, hidden hitch behind the license-plate mount, hidden
latch tailgate and a matte-finish oak bed floor. The undercarriage
looks as good as the topside. This fine '56 Chev runs with ease and
is extremely reliable.
