Vehicle Description
A well-presented triple-black 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS tribute
car is already the kind of machine that muscle car dreams are made
of. So when you peek under the hood and see the performance-built
427 big block, prepare to get weak in the knees.
This is the kind of muscle car the draws attention and makes others
jealous. A shiny black Chevelle with a black vinyl top is the
perfect way to convey performance and premium without ever saying a
word. The deep gloss of the black is great for reflecting the
midnight neon of a well-spent Saturday night, and it only gets
better with the brightwork. The vented hood, extra wide bumpers,
plenty of Super Sport badging, and the trim that outlines every
inch of glass are there to emphasize the aggressive details of this
iconic coupe. And of course, no aggressive Chevy is complete
without the cool Rally wheel package.
Inside, the full black presentation completes the ultra-desirable
triple-black setup (paint, roof, and interior.) It gets the super
sport attitude right with low-back bucket seats, a center console,
and floor-mounted shifter. The Chevelles of this era really define
60s-cool with their extra wide dash finished in brightwork, and the
thin and grippy steering wheel that lets you see it all. Plus, this
one has a few nice upgrades like the AM/FM/cassette stereo and
auxiliary readouts for the upgraded motor.
Lift the hood and see that the callouts on the fenders were
certainly not lying. The engine is a 427 cubic-inch big-block Chevy
V8. This big, bad motor is nicely dressed with the bright air
topper, matching valve covers, and orange block radiating power
from within the dark engine bay. You can tell from this
presentation that there was an investment in this Chevelle, and the
way it fires up easily solidifies it. More than just the legendary
displacement, this big block inhales deeply through a Holley
four-barrel carburetor and Holley aluminum intake. And the motor
exhales deeply through long tube headers that feed a rumbling dual
exhaust. This connects to a stout TH350 three-speed automatic
transmission that feeds the 12-bolt rear end. While you have
beastly power, control over this Chevelle is no problem thanks to
power steering, a thick front sway bar, and front disc brakes.
A mean triple-black attitude and all the power you need to back up
this appearance. This is what Chevelle ownership is all about, and
so this turn-key midnight hero is ready for you... but it won't
wait for long. Call now!
