Vehicle Description
This one-of-a-kind street rod Speedster has had 390 test miles with
no issues. It features a fresh-built 1641cc Type 1 engine with a
great shifting Type I 4-speed manual transmission with a new clutch
set. Installed for added performance are 1.25:1 rocker arms, Bosch
009 distributor with Pertronix Ignitor ignition, and rebuilt and
rejetted carburetor. The custom dual stainless-tip exhaust provides
reliable power. It also has new axles, lines, hoses and cables. The
doors operate with electric 35-pound solenoids as well as manual
inside handles. Additional air intake ports were added, as well as
an electric linear actuator that opens the decklid 2" while
driving. The license plate box was frenched, and the windshield
frame was blacked out with matching black aero bike mirrors. The
body has been finished in a deep gloss BC/CC GM Onyx Black paint.
It has bright LED front signals, rear LED taillights and a hidden
third brake light in the license plate housing. The black Stayfast
top is lowered 1.5" from stock configuration and it has a new
quarter boot cover and side curtains. The interior features black
GM automotive carpet, custom padded seats, seatbelts and brushed
finish on all bright surfaces, including the banjo steering wheel,
gauges, handles, knobs, emergency brake and shifter. It also has
brushed stainless-steel show bar and Porsche Boxster pedal covers.
The CD player stereo has Pandora, USB charger and iPod outlet.
