The Model -Ever noticed that just before GM retires a generation of
cars, they always seem to hold the best for last? With history
repeating itself over and over again, that was the case in 2013 as
the last of the C6 Corvettes were coming off the assembly line, an
honest world-class performance machine was born in the ZR1 package.
638 HP right out of the box, superb handling, excellent braking
power and modern technology all combined to create an unbeatable
package. When Car & Driver compared the "aging" C6 ZR1 against the
brand-spanking new Dodge Viper SRT-GTS, it couldn't hold a candle
to the Corvette with lap time differences of up to two seconds. It
might have been the last of a generation, but it was the best. Add
to that a number of bonus items, such as the 60th Anniversary trim
option, the C6 came in like a lamb and went out like a lion.

been meticulously cared for since new. Who cares about Bluetooth,
upgrades Navigation or sound systems, it is the 3.4 seconds of
going from 0 to 60 mph that matters, and no other car can take to
that speed with the comfort of this Corvette.
