This beautiful 1955 Chrysler Imperial 4 Door Sedan is finished in sky gray with beautiful gray cloth interior. It is powered by the 331.1 ci/250H.P. Hemi V8, coupled to a Powerflite automatic transmission. The engine runs perfect after receiving rebuilt heads and new lifters. The carburetor has also been rebuilt as well as the starter and brake master cylinder. New springs and suspension were replaced by the previous owner. The car has Power Steering, power brakes, power windows and seat plus working air conditioning. The tires are Goodyear wide white radials. The padded dash has been replaced and the steering wheel completely refinished. The air conditioning compressor and dryer were rebuilt by Old Air products out of Fort Worth Texas. A new expansion valve was also installed. The radiator has also been recored. I have installed an AM/FM radio CD player in the glove box. There was an adapter installed which allows the 6 volt system to use a 12 volt radio and CD player. The original radio is in the car but does not work. The car also has a new battery. This beautiful car is one of 7,840 built for 1955 and a great example! Look at the pictures and check out the BRIGHT WORK. For a car 62 years old, the car is a work of art! No brokers please.
