Lamborghini Countach, RARE Downdraft Example!
This exceptional example must be the lowest mileage, best preserved Anniversary Countach available on the market today. Completed at the Sant’Agata-based Lamborghini works during the latter part of 1989 and early 1990, the new supercar was equipped for the European market, and finished in striking Rosso Siviglia red over a cockpit trimmed in black. This particular Countach, which was one of only a handful produced in 1990, was completed by the factory on 13 February 1990. It was finished in red over black and delivered new to Emilian Auto Spa in Bologna, Italy. The car was then sold new a month later, on 14 March, to the United Kingdom, and it was later purchased by a collector who returned the car to its native Italy in 2011. the car was then purchased by an American enthusiast and exported to the US.
Today, this fantastic Countach presents largely like a new car inside and out. The original black interior shows incredibly well, as does the Rosso Siviglia paint. With less than 2,800 kilometers showing on the odometer it displays the original factory decals and markings intact throughout. This particular car also presents in the rarest and most desirable configuration. It is factory equipped with 6 Weber downdraft carburetors. That induction system not only performs better but it produces the most amazing sound from this incredible V12 engine. These Anniversary models are not only the fastest and most refined Countach but they are also considered the most streetable. This fastidiously preserved Lamborghini offers its next owner an iconic and truly magnificent supercar.
