Offered for sale is this flawless 1962 Ford F100 Custom Pickup. This unibody short bed pickup has the ultra-rare panoramic rear window option. During its completely custom build, the original frame rails were C-Notched and then fully boxed. All new tubular crossmembers were fabricated and a TCI tubular Mustang II front suspension was installed. A 4-link rear suspension was installed as well. The frame and body are painted the same color as the interior fabric. Four-wheel Wilwood disk brakes fill the 20” Foose Nitrous II wheels that tuck way into the wheel wells when the air suspension is deflated. The undermounted power brake booster leaves the firewall clean in this truck’s beautiful engine compartment. A complete fabricated aluminum engine cover, inner fender wells, and custom air intake set this engine bay apart. This 396 Cubic Inch Ford Stroker motor is outfitted with with Kaase cylinder heads and makes 475 horsepower on 87 octane pump gas. The motor is mated to a JW Built Turbo 400 automatic transmission with an Ultra Bell adapter. This combination allows a strong automatic shift without using a manual valve body. Featured in two magazines, this truck has also won best of show in the Calgary World of Wheels Show. It has received many first in class trophies and has won best paint twice. This truck has only 175 miles on it since undergoing a 2,000 hour build!
