1961 Ford Galaxie 2 door. Equipped with a mild performance built 460 cubic inch V8 engine and manual-shift valve body C6 automatic transmission with a high-rpm stall torque converter. Has a Ford 9" rear differential with highway-friendly gears. Options are - power steering, disc brakes and ice-cold aftermarket air conditioning. The 15" wheels are American Racing Torque Thrust D`s. Tires are in great condition. The body is solid underneath. The paint is driver quality. There is a fingernail-size paint chip in the middle of the driver`s door, minor bubbling in both lower rockers and both front fenders have a small scrape down low, behind the wheel opening area. The hood is fiberglass and the teardrop scoop is open to the rear with steel mesh covering the opening. The interior is in good condition. It looks great, no rips or tears. Door panels are nice. The headliner and carpet are in good condition. There are aftermarket gauges mounted under dash as well as a large tachometer. The headlights, turn signals and wipers all work as expected. The engine runs strong and has good power. The exhaust sounds tough and lets everyone know this is a muscle car. The car drives very well down the road and the brakes stop the car just fine.
