This 1991 300SL is a fantastic car with just under 50,000 original
miles and one owner most of it's life. The car is runs and drives
well, the soft top is pristine, but it does have a few issues that
we haven't taken the time to address due to other projects.
The A\C does not blow cold, which may simply need a Freon. The hard
top comes on and off no problem, but the hydraulics for the soft
top gave up the ghost last week. You can still raise and lower the
soft top manually. Finally, there are a few small dings here and
there from too much time spent in the garage and not enough time
being driven.
This would be a fantastic car for someone looking for a running/
driving project as it is only going to climb in value. With these
miles and a little TLC, there is room to double your money and
where else are you going to find a two-door, convertible for this
price?
