Vehicle Description
Body off frame restoration. This is not a concourse type
restoration, it's not $70,000 either. What it is, is a very sharp
looking Thunderbird that has been restored very nicely and
mechanicals have been rebuilt. The underside is solid metal that's
painted red. Frame and chassis components are painted black. Front
end is rebuilt. The 312 motor has been rebuilt and has the engine
dress up kit. Engine bay is painted red. Engine compartment looks
very proper, brackets, lines etc are good. The body has been
repainted and has a smooth glassy finish. Bumpers have been
rechromed and many of the trim pieces have been replaced.
Weatherstrips and windshield were replaced. Has Kelsey Hayes wheels
with radial tires. Interior has been restored which includes new
upholstery, carpet, door panels, trim on the dash, floor mats and
more. Upgraded with a stereo and seat belts. Has a reproduction
convertible top with rich black canvas material. Trunk compartment
is painted red and has a new mat. This is what most people say they
want: a car that looks great, mechanics are rebuilt, doesn't have
to be perfect. A car to enjoy!
