Here's a well-documented example of the Golden Age of American trucks. The truck comes This 1969 GMC 1500 spent its entire life in the friendly climate of the western United States and is rust free. The exterior of the truck is finished in the 85% of the factory original maroon paint. Due to scratches I did repaint the hood and the top part of both sides of the bed. The rest of the paint is factory which means no accidents, rust or bondo. Inside the cabin, the original Super custom bench seat of looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. The specially selected vinyl upholstery is fashioned like tooled leather to give the cab interior an unusually handsome look. No cracks on the dash. Beneath the hood, this 1500 is powered by a well-maintained Chevy 350 V8. Brand new brakes on all 4 corners, New drums, shoes and assembly. We also replaced the booster and fluid reservoir. New tires and original wheels shielded by original hubcaps. This truck is ready for daily driving. New radiator and gas tank were also fitted to the truck. Optional front shocks and power steering drastically improved the ride quality of this 1500 compared to previous model years. The original build sheet of the truck is located in the glove compartment. Also in the glove box is the original owners manual, factory build sheet and show room brochure.
