Utilizing 2007 Suzuki GSXR 1000 engine, sequential 5 speed manual trans, complete electronic engine management system.
Performance specs: 180 h.p - 190 h.p @12000 rpms, total vehicle weight for track application 1,150 lbs, for street 1,350 lbs. with custom gearing /sprocket ratios capable of speeds from 140 -160 mph.
Original Europa produced 60-80 h.p @ 5000 rpms vehicle weight 1400 lbs -1600 lbs max speeds 110 - 120 mph . The cost to rebuild would be with a majority of parts being (USED) Renault engine / trans and all antiquated drive line / suspension / brakes . Parts / restoration / machine shop alone would be over $14k-$15k " DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR "
Our complete drive train conversion consists of (ALL NEW) custom fabricated engine space frame, tested low mileage Suzuki GSXR 1000 engine / trans. complete electronic harness and ecu, with matching instrumentation, all engine / trans ancillary custom fabricated parts, exhaust system, cooling system ,clutch hydraulics, relocated suspension pickup points necessary for stiffer chassis / increased power, proprietary differential, with matching sprockets, custom valved shocks / springs, rear uprights, heavy duty bearing assembly, modified redesigned upgraded trailing arms, with rod ends, track rods with rod ends, axles /c/v's, rear disc brakes.
ALL KITS ARE CUSTOM BUILT IN THE U.S.A. ENGINE / TRANS BENCH TESTED.
COST TO REBUILD BOTH ENGINE / TRANS FOR ADDITIONAL H.P $3K-$4K.
PROPRIETARY REVERSE DRIVE KIT AVAILABLE FOR STREET APPLICATION.

Fire wall will be modified and reinforced and moved back an additional 4"- 5" including our custom steel reinforced seat frame providing additional strength for securely mounting seat belts to the chassis , a quick release racing type steering wheel will also be installed providing easy access for driver, steering column / pedal assembly / seat location will be built around the drivers needs.

$38 K - $39 K for " Street application" Includes, Suzuki GSXR 1000 drive train conversion kit, all necessary equipment for daily driver, lights , heating / ventilation, NO,A/C ,power windows, wipers, complete interior. all fiberglass / body work and base primer for vinyl wrap or paint. (does not include paint or wrap )
