This 2008 Torch Red convertible started life out as a one of 36
Shelby GT500s in the original color and configuration by SVT/Ford.
It has 9,900 actual miles. The aftermarket LoJack, Euro-style
color-matched mirrors, red badging, 2010-style sequential rear
taillights and GT500 fuel door can all be converted back to stock
with the included original parts. All information is fully
documented and authentic. American Shelby converted this special
car in February 2015 into a Super Snake Signature Edition (SSSE)
package with 800hp. Shelby American only built a total of 50 of
these one-of-a-kind cars to commemorate the sunset of 2007-14
GT500s. This car is the only convertible '08 GT500 that has the
SSSE built. Listed in the Shelby American Registry, the Shelby
American SSSE build list includes 3.6-liter polished-aluminum
liquid-cooled Kenne Bell 800hp supercharger, 3.73:1 ratio
differential, 20" polished aluminum 3-piece forged Shelby wheels
