Up for sale we have a 1965 Chevy C10. This Pick up has under gone a meticulous Body Off Restoration and had the same owner since '68. We have documentation as well as Pictures and Information on the build. Other than the A/C it has been put back to the way it was when new. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and heartbeat of the Chevy, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.
Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory, no consignments, and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 70 to 80 cars at all times. We don't have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, that's how we can sell for less than other dealers. To contact us for more information, pictures, or any questions call our office at (865)988-8088 or visit our SmokyMountainTraders website.
We will start off with the exterior of the C10. This timeless classic has excellent gaps and the fit of the hood, doors, and bed are also great. It's done in the Maroon Paint that's accented by the White Top. The body on this truck is laser straight which really sets off the phenomenal paint job that's slick as a ribbon. Looking at the chrome you'll see the bumpers, grill shell and bezels are like new. All the emblems are also excellent, and the stainless is all in great condition. The front windshield appears replaced along with the seal and the rest of the glass is very nice. When you look inside the bed you'll see an all new wood floor and strips. To finish off the look it's sitting on a set of 15" Steel Rims that are painted body color with Dog Dish Caps and White Side Wall Tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of the '65. On the inside, it's done in Fawn that is accented by some white and black. When you open the doors, you'll see the doors are complemented by the white panel. Looking at the seat it has a new cover and the padding is in excellent condition. As you look at the dash one of the first things you'll notice is the controls for the Vintage AC. Also, the radio has been upgraded along with the speakers. All the gauges appear to be working properly from the Speedo to the Indicators. This truck does have the Three Speed on the Column and it also has a working emergency brake.
Finally, we will get to the heartbeat of this Chevrolet. Under the hood everything is neat and clean with the firewall being painted body color and the inner fenders being black. The engine is a 292 6 Cylinder that has the factory breather and trim. It's mated to the Three Speed Trans and the Stock style rear end. This C10 comes with drum brakes, manual steering, and Vintage AC. When you look under this truck you're going to really appreciate the resto. Everything looks like new with the floors being painted and everything been highly detailed.
