Vehicle Description
Designed in 1978 by Claus Luthe, (responsible for the timeless NSU
Ro80) the BMW E30 has become a design icon. First introduced in
1982, the 3-Series had a large variety of inline four and six
cylinder engine options. The 325i was the most desirable of the
mainstream production six cylinder engine options and the profile
of this example is now enjoying a renaissance as a very investable,
modern classic. With one lady owner recorded from 1991 to 1996 and
then acquired by the vendor in 2002, it has been kept as a second
car. In 2010, it was the subject of an accident with damage
restricted largely to the front passenger door. The car was deemed
a write-off and purchased by the owner. With a repair bill of
1,762, the damage was not excessive and the car correctly
repaired. Presented in good order throughout and supplied with an
MoT test certificate valid until July 2018, this automatic example
offers very affordable classic car ownership. For sale by auction
