car that has 1966 and earlier covered headlight front fenders for a
vintage look. This Custom Volkswagen Beetle Convertible has
benefited from a complete ground up, nut and bolt restoration. This
VW Bug is finished in a striking color combination and looks
awesome. The tan canvas convertible top is brand new and looks
wonderful while contrasting with the new brandywine paint. Inside,
the interior has been completely redone and looks awesome. The
custom interior has been upholstered in Fawn Leather and looks
great. The door panels, carpet and headliner look great, showing no
imperfections. The whole car was treated to Dynamat to keep the
passengers cooler and quieter. All of the chrome has been
re-chromed or replaced, is all intact and looks wonderful. Under
the rear bonnet, you will find a high performance 1950cc dual port
engine with dual Weber carburetors. This baby makes some serious
power and was built by Competition Specialties in Phoenix. The
motor is attached to a Freeway Flyer 4-speed manual transmission,
making this little Beetle a blast to drive and keeping the RPM's
down at highway speeds! The car runs excellent and is ready to
drive anywhere. The car sits on 15" polished aluminum Porsche
wheels wrapped in brand new high performance tires that look great.
This Bug would also make a killer summer driver for taking the
family out for a drive. This VW Beetle is a high end custom build
