1957 Ford Fairlane Convertible with a retractable hard top. This
is an all original survivor car. When I bought it, they had rebuilt
the original motor and transmission and painted the car. I picked
it up in Kansas 15 years ago. It's always been stored indoors and
never driven in the winter. It still wins trophies when I take it
to the shows in the summer, 1st or 2nd place.
It is an automatic transmission with a 312 engine, new tires, runs
and drives great. The retractable top is electric and works
perfectly. Only 22,000 retractable top convertibles were made in
1957 making it a rare car. I rarely see another one at the shows,
even when I went to back to the 50's at the state fair grounds.
I'm selling because I'm getting older and need to downsize.
