Vehicle Description
Hard to find 1969 Suburban and even harder to find in this
condition. Look closely at the pictures. This is one of the
cleanest Suburbans I have seen. The underside was cleaned, but is
all original and in amazing condition. The body has a few minor
bumps and bruises, but it is rust free and super cool. We did
recover the seats and put new carpet in, but otherwise this is
pretty original.
The engine was tired so we put in a rebuilt 1996 Vortec 350 in it
with HEI Ignition, Holley Carb, Edelbrock Intake, and Roller
Rockers. The engine was completely rebuilt front to back and top to
bottom. Np 205 Transfer Case and Turbo 350 Transmission was rebuilt
as well.
When the underside was cleaned the truck was taken off the frame
and painted. Rebuilt 3/4 Ton Axles were put on at that time. The
rear axle is 14 Bolt and the front axle is 10 Bolt (Take a look at
the size of that driveshaft). Other items include all new brakes,
new radiator, new heater core, new weatherstripping, and dual
flowmaster exhaust.
