Bentley produced their Arnage luxury automobile from 1998 to
2009. The Arnage and its sibling, the Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph,
were both introduced in the spring of 1998. They were the first
entirely new designs for both Rolls-Royce and Bentley since 1980.
Unlike the decades-old 6.75-litre engine used in past models, the
Arnage received a 4.4-liter, 350-hp BMW V-8 with
Cosworth-engineered twin turbochargers. For a short period of time,
it was the fastest four-door saloon on the market.
The powerful Arnage being offered here is appropriately seen in
Dark Mulsanne Green with sumptuous light tan leather throughout the
opulent interior. Premium Bentley dark green lambswool rugs are
also found alongside Bentley-logoed umbrellas in this fully
equipped luxury automobile. Only slight wear can be found on the
driver’s seating area. Among the equipment onboard is air
conditioning (with rear controls), factory alloy wheels, radio with
CD, white-faced instrumentation, factory books and innumerable
power and convenience items; a sunroof and new Goodyear tires round
out the list of bonuses found on this high-quality sedan. It is
reported that the elegant wood trim found throughout the cabin area
has recently been refinished. The odometer on this particular car
is displayed in kilometers. Priced at over $250,000 when new, the
Bentley Arnage was, and continues to be amongst the most
prestigious cars ever produced.
