Vehicle Description
This 1982 Porsche 911 SC coupe was built in November 1981 as a 1982
model and was finished in "Zinn Metallic," one of Porsches many
shades of silver with a black interior. This low-mileage example
has all original paint that is in very good condition for being so,
but is not without minor scratches and there is some fading on the
decklid. The interior is unmodified except for a modern stereo head
unit and the seats are firm and supportive. The 16" Fuchs wheels
are in very good condition with newer Bridgestone tires. In 2016
the car was given extensive mechanical refurbishment by the
specialists at GMG in Santa Ana, CA. The work included rebuilt
transaxle, new clutch, hook shocks, replaced all gaskets and lines
(complete reseal), major service and all new brake pads and rotors
(front and rear). The total for work performed in 2016 was
$14,656.39. Since then, this 911SC has been driven less than 1,000
miles. The SC is widely regarded as one of Porsche's most
bulletproof models and they have appreciated recently.
