The Muscle Car Race Started when Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler, ( Mopar ), Ford, GM, Oldsmobile, Buick, Hudson Etc. started incorporating Tri Power (3 Deuces) Dual Quad Carburetors, Higher Compression, and so on. This particular Dodge 330 was purchased in 1999 by Ted Moser who is the owner of the Company that restored this Dodge 330. Ted is a collector and restorer of 50s to 70s Mopar Muscle Machines and considered an expert in this field.Have a look at his WEB Site which is the same as his Company name: picturecarwarehouse and click on "News'. This particular car is his personal and most favorite Muscle Car. I know it has a k-member but as a figure of speech, a complete "frame off" restoration was performed by his Company. A High Performance 440 Magnum engine with all the under hood and Muscle Car Accessories installed.Battery was re-located in the trunk. An unprecedented amount of Time, Money and Extras were poured into his personal project with no expense spared.It has been featured in magazines including participating many times in the Hot Rod Power Tour. In 2017, the 440 was replaced with an Aluminum Block Race Hemi supplied by Mopar Performance, again with all the HP extras and no expense spared,see below for more engine specs.I attached a few photos on the end from a past Hot Rod Magazine Article done on this car before the Aluminum Hemi was installed. In answer to your question regarding a reserve, I would say that Ted is just trying to cover the drive train and restoration. Any profit after that will be considered a "loss" and the buyers gain. I would bid in confidence and drive or ship this car home.
