1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera originally owned by Hillary Clinton.
This car was previously owned by Hillary Rodham Clinton. She purchased the car in 1986 from Balch Motor Company of Little Rock, Arkansas. At that time, Bill Clinton was the Governor of Arkansas.
After Mr Clinton became President in 1993, the Clinton's moved to the White House and brought the Oldsmobile with them. Since she wasn't allowed to drive anymore due to Secret Service regulations, it was sold thru a bidding process to the highest bidder of the White House residence staff in 2000. The head White House gardener won with the highest bid.
Inside the car were all the original purchase documentation including original bill of sale, extended protection plan coverage with her original signature, original odometer mileage statement, owners manual,retail installment contract with her original signature, and car title.
Also included with some personal items of hers; 2 pair of sunglasses, a couple of key chains and an Arkansas map. On the car was the Arkansas license plate.
Since the time of purchase, the car has been garage kept. It is in fine running condition, has some imperfections, but in good shape. It has 33,000 miles on it. All of the items mentioned above are included in the sale.
