1969 Ford Fairlane Station Wagon
With 126K original miles, this is a very rare classic car in
excellent restored to original. Body is straight and solid with no
rust or bondo. Has been repainted charcoal grey with silver
metallic. Original 250 Inline 6 cylinder engine rebuilt with
hardened seats and valves for unleaded gas. Excellent fuel mileage
up to 25 mpg with plenty of power. Three on the tree standard
transmission with new clutch. Heavy duty posi-traction rear end.
New brakes, tires, battery, fuel pump, water pump, radiator, etc.
Tinted windows. Rebuilt carburetor with manual choke. Aftermarket
fuel gauge and sender. Engine compartment and wheel wells have been
restored and painted. Solid undercarriage with only minor surface
rust. Dual action tailgate opens from the side or down. Interior is
in excellent condition. Back seat folds down. Great camping rig.
Runs and drives excellent. Ready to drive anywhere. It is also
quite rare in that no color code for the factory paint is stamped
on the information plate on driver's door.
