Vehicle Description
Stk. 2293 1972 Chevrolet Suburban C10
When this Chevrolet Suburban was manufactured in 1972, it was
considered to be much more a work truck than an SUV. As a result,
this Cheyenne ton model was produced with three passenger doors
and two rear cargo doors. This original Suburban wasn't all that
rare then, but is today. There is even some original documentation
included with the truck - a partial build sheet is affixed to the
inside glove box door. The classic straight body was repainted
(1998) Light Green with a White top. It is accented with factory
chrome bumpers front/rear, nice brightwork and a set of original
15" GM 6-lug steel Rally wheels with virtually new BFG All-Terrain
radials. This is a good-looking truck. The huge interior is
original and in good condition. The Suburban is powered by a 350
cubic inch small block that is not thought to have ever required a
rebuild. It is mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox and GM transfer
case with manual front hubs. Differential gearing is believed to be
stock 3.73:1. Factory equipment includes A/C, power steering, power
disc brakes, tachometer, and tinted windows. You can listen to your
favorite tunes on an aftermarket AM/FM sound system. Put everyone
in this Suburban and go for a ride - paved road or off-road -
doesn't matter. . ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS".
