Highlights:
Overview:
Here is an absolutely stunning 1941 Buick Roadmaster convertible
coupe custom. This one of the classiest customs around with its
long, low and sleek body lines. It is also one of the most unique
customs out there as is it not a Ford or Chevy but a vintage luxury
car that you do not see get customized much. It started out as a
solid, rust free Roadmaster before being turned into the beauty you
see here. It was chopped 5.5 inches by the renowned customizer
named Ramsey, who is best known for doing the work on Terry Cooks
award-winning Lincoln-Zephyr "Scrape". It took over a three year
period to complete this exciting convertible coupe!
To really make this car totally more unique that it already is, is
its marriage to an ultra rare 1961 Chrysler 300G. The complete
drive line consists of a 413ci, 375hp Cross Ram induction V8 engine
mated to a corresponding TorqueFlite automatic transmission. The
engine and transmission have been completely rebuilt and the
pushbutton feature still operates the gear selection. It even has
the 300G space ship dash and center console custom fitted into the
car to look like it was placed there by the factory. The car also
has all the comforts of a newer car like ice cold air conditioning,
power steering, power brakes, power seats and power windows. It is
a wonderful road car with breathtaking performance and sexy looks.
It is truly one of a kind custom that would cost north of $200,000
to build again! Don?t miss your chance to buy this car at a bargain
price!!
Options/Equipment:
Exterior:
This Roadmaster has an absolutely beautiful paint finish done
in its factory correct color of Monterey Blue, which was a color
that was really offered on the 1941 Buick. It has an absolutely
laser straight body that looks like a mirror and is completely rust
free. All the chrome on the car was all redone with a show quality
finish. All the body lines, line up beautiful with excellent fit
and finish. One very cool thing on this car is that the hood and
trunk both open by a push of a button. It makes this car even more
impressive when showing this car off at a car show or to friends.
There were 1959 Cadillac taillights molded into the rear for cool
50's custom look. The car was lowered slightly sitting on wide
white wall radial tires with Cadillac Sombrero
hubcaps.
Interior:
The stunning all white and matching blue custom interior looks
amazing. The custom installation of the 1961 Chrysler 300G space
ship style dash and center console was done phenomenally. It really
looks like it came from the factory that way and gives this car a
true one of a kind vintage look and feel. The car has creature
comforts like power windows, power seats and ice cold air
conditioning. Inside the trunk is also beautifully finished off and
looks amazing.
Mechanically:
The car runs and drives excellent. The engine and transmission has
been completely rebuilt. Even the push button feature still
operates as the gear selector. It has ice-cold vintage factory air
conditioning that works absolutely amazing. This car needs
absolutely nothing mechanically and is ready to drive and enjoy. It
is a very fun and enjoying car to drive.
