This AMX has had a resent restoration with very little miles since it was completed. It is a factory 290 4 speed black on black car that was ordered new & raced by Craig Stahl of Stahl AMC in Derby Ct. Only 525 AMX's were ordered with 290 V8 engines in 1968. Black was not one of the AMX colors in 1968 but was made available as a special order with a $54.00 surcharge.
