Freshly completed frame on restoration. Rebuilt original numbers matching engine has less than 500 miles on it. All original drive train on this 396/350hp car. Four speed transmission with Hurst shifter and 3.31 ratio 12 bolt rear end. Complete suspension rebuild on the car. Rebuilt the dash including an original am/fm radio, so it looks new inside. New carpet, knobs and cranks and rebuilt the front bench seat with new foam and vinyl to match original.
Black paint is approximately 6 years old and not the original color. New vinyl top and headliner. Only real thing remaining to make this an A1 car is some body work around the bottom where there is some signs of deterioration and changing out the floor pans. See pictures for more detail. Couple of rust areas on the frame that can easily be fixed. I lifted the car off the frame to change out all of the body mounts and run the new fuel line. So a frame off would be much easier. The core support in the front is new along with the inner fenders on both sides.
I wanted to complete the mechanical and interior, drive it for a couple years and then do the frame off with a new paint job. So this is now a daily driver if you want it to be as it is mechanically sound. I found a new toy so I need to let this one go to make room. The following is a partial list of the items completed:
