Vehicle Description
A new take on creating a clean but interesting hot rod using a 1949
Ford Deluxe Convertible as a starting point.
Often Ford coupes from the pre-War years are used as the basis for
a hot rod or street rod with heavy customization like chopped tops
and a lowered body. This two-door coupe looks much as a completely
restored vehicle should.
The visual clue that this is a something special is beautiful
metallic blue paint and the special "mini-lite" wheels. Of course
when you lift the hood you'll find a modified 312 cu. in. V8 with
three carbs and Edelbrook on the valve cover so you know this isn't
your everyday Ford Deluxe.
The exterior paint is gorgeous and the interior is beautiful with
cream and tan leather.
An interesting and creative interpretation on building a
"sleeper."
