Vehicle Description
The Model A was produced by the Ford Motor Company four years and
in 1929 one million were sold. The price for a new one was US$500.
The Model A was the first of fords to use standard driver controls,
such as a gas, brake, and clutch pedal. It was also the first to
use safety glass for the windshield. By the end of its production,
4,849,340 were made. The A was powered by a 201 c.i. engine
producing 40 hp and reaching a top speed of 65 mph. The
transmission was a standard three speed.
The'A' offered here is a very solid, Henry Ford Steel, entry level
model A. Runs and shifts well. This is the perfect car for parades,
advertising and family fun. The upholstry is in good condition as
well. She's 88 years old this year and looks great for her age. The
car rides on 21 inch yellow wire wheels. It also has a rear mounted
