The third generation C/K lineup had a run of fifteen years and are
known by fans as the "Square Body", which is pretty funny
considering GM used the term "Rounded-Line" moniker highlighting
the pickups rounded styling cues such as the rounded windshield
corners and cab corners. There was a long wheel base, short wheel
base with two boxes to chose from, the fleetside and stepside.
There were several engine options during that time ranging from
gasoline powered 6-cylinders, V8 cas and diesels.
This particular model is a very nice looking, running and driving
truck. It is the C/1500 that has been very well taken care of. It
has the original 4.3 liter engine that starts right up and sounds
very good with the added dual exhaust. It is optioned with a tilt
wheel and rear sliding glass. This is a excellent cruiser and gets
a lot of looks.
