This 1951 Triumph Renown Saloon is wonderful example of a restored original car with its full known history documented and ready to pass on to its new owner. On April 7, 1951 this Triumph was purchased new and taken by its original owner to the Isle of Wight. Its original documentation, including the original bill of sale, factory warranty, factory repair manual, and the vehicle’s original tax stamps with registration number are includes in the sale. A complete, high-quality restoration was performed on this Triumph, including an engine rebuild in 2002 and a complete body restoration in 2013-2014, a process that included a new interior, restored wooden dash, and a complete steering column and steering box. Top to bottom, this vehicle was put back into excellent condition. A full album of photographs documents the extensive restoration work. After restoration, this vehicle was featured in MESH magazine. Sold with a current registration.
