contact us for more information. This 1955 Ford Thunderbird is
finished in Snowshoe white over red with white interior and is a
two top car. It is a beautiful San Jose car with only 66,500 miles.
Very straight car with nice quarter panels, doors and fenders. The
inner rockers, body mounts and floor pans are very clean with
factory original paint. It is strong running with the original 292
ci V8 motor and smooth shifting automatic transmission. It is
nicely optioned with power steering, brakes and power seat, all in
excellent working order. All stainless and chrome bright work and
emblems are in excellent condition. Engine compartment is detailed
to high standards, including engine, suspension and frame. Rebuilt
original radiator, new engine compartment wiring and 8 volt system
for easier starting (includes 8 volt charger). Fully restored with
ORIGINAL optional Tbird engine dress up kit. Just about everything
under the hood has been replaced with the best quality factory spec
parts. Interior was totally stripped , dash removed and everything
rebuilt including gauges, speedometer, radio mp3 connector
installed, clock and heater. New factory carpet and jute underlay.
Rebuilt seat and factory correct red/white seat cover. New door
panels, trim and seat belts. Thunderbird rubber floor mats.
Detailed trunk including spare tire, restored jack and new mat. New
emblems. The 1955 bird has a very Rare original 1950s Foxcraft
continental kit. Firestone 6.70 x 15" wide whitewall tires with
factory correct accessory wire basket hubcaps. Fully restored soft
top with premium quality Haatz black canvas top. Original porthole
hardtop.
