LOWEST MILES CATALINA IN THE WORLD? I believe it is. Bought by a collector down south, driven 1,000 miles to break in the engine and transmission, and then STORED in a climate controlled garage under two padded car covers. Only in New York a few years.
Uncovered and driven once a month for a few miles. Never seen rain. I'd only call a car in a new dealer showroom "perfect" and even then many aren't... BUT THIS ONE IS DAMN CLOSE....... 1,313 miles on the odometer to be exact.... I add a mile or two every couple of weeks to keep things in tip top shape.
The car has power windows (all work), a 301cu 2bbl V8 that runs FLAWLESSLY, and the exterior color is code 69 (Brentwood Brown Poly)
Only two minor flaws (both easily correctable) 1 - the radio (VERY low volume... probably dried out capacitors) and 2 - gas gauge doesn't work (bad fuel sending unit but a NOS one is included for you to install)
PERFECT interior including dash, door panels, seats, carpeting and headliner. Obviously there's no dings, dents or rust.... the tires are ORGINAL !!! Quite soft and no dry rot or cracking due to the proper storage procedures - still 40 year old air in the tires !!! So please don't email and ask how's the interior look LOL... imagine walking into a Pontiac dealership in 1977 and seeing one on the showroom floor... THAT'S how the interior looks :)
A true collector condition car, sure to be a 1st place finisher in any car show in the originality categories.... RUNS PERFECTLY !!! Starts on the first try every time, goes down the road like a brand new car should because it practically is one ! Priced where it is because it's a practically new 40 year old car in mint showroom condition with 1,313 miles on it. If you're a discriminating collector and want the best of the best then this is perfect to add to your stable. If you only have $5000 or $10000 to spend this isn't the car for you so please save us both the time and effort of communicating.
Many payment methods are acceptable....the bank check from Uganda is not... neither is the overpayment certified check so I can keep the rest for my trouble....
You pay shipping.... or come get it yourself at my house !
Inspections welcome !
