This is a low-slung, stretched, custom 1933 Ford Roadster built
to be a show car. As you can see, this Roadster is very sleek,
clean, and very striking. The fiberglass composite body and frame
by“Coast to Coast” work well together to create a very subtle,
customized, and highly visual Hot-rod.
Painted in a traditional hot-rod color using Diamont base/coat,
clear/coat products, the low swoopy, stretched body is nicely
complemented by the equally traditional tan and tweed comfortable
bucket seat interior.
Full complement of Dakota Digital gauges stretching across the dash
is nice to look at whether your standing beside, or sitting in the
car. The nicely matching little floor console houses, not only the
Turbo 400's shifter, but also contains the front-end hydraulic
controls, and the remote trunk access button.
The Big Block Chevrolet engine is well built, and certainly gives
credence to the fact that this is not only a high-performance
looking Roadster, but will also back it up whenever the driver has
a desire to display this aspect of the car.
Strong and capable Ford 9” differential out back assures that the
Big Block power gets to the ground without compromising
reliability.
Although this little Hot-rod has had extensive work over a
significant period of time, I would like to point out the the trunk
compartment that houses the battery and the front air lift
compressor, looks great, but has not been upholstered. So, what
that means is, the new owner of this cool machine can put their own
finishing touches to it.
Keep in mind, this is a “fair-weather” car as there is not a top,
or a heater assembly, but as mentioned previously, this Roadster
was built to be a show car. That said, make no mistake, for a car
built to show, you can actually drive it to the shows if desired.
So with those thoughts in mind, even if there was a top and a
heater, you're still gonna be cool with this sweet '33.
