This is a one owner car with 34,995 actual miles. Excellent
original survivor. I bought this right out of Oklahoma from the man
that maintained the car the last few decades. It was garage kept.
Absolutely rust free, floors and body are dry. Original paint shows
very well. Jambs are clean. Original white vinyl top looks new.
Chrome and trim is bright. The dash is absolutely pristine, bezels
lenses and gauges are perfect. The original carpet was always
covered with another layer of carpet, its like new. Headliner, door
panels are mint. Original upholstery is excellent. Mint trunk, the
original spare has never been on the ground. Clean unmolested motor
compartment, its as it left the factory. Has Oklahoma inspections
that verify the mileage. Also includes original sales invoice,
glove box pouch with manuals, protect-o-plate and literature.
Mechanically excellent. It was driven over 100 miles to the show
where I bought it. New tires from Coker, gas tank cleaned, even the
cruise works. Toronado was an innovative car. Unique stying, barrel
roll speedo, flip up headlights and front wheel drive which was
rare at that time and allows a flat floor. Powerhouse of a motor
375 hp 455! They are only original once, this is a great
example.
