I have had the car since the early 90’s. I am the second owner. It has been garaged and covered for many years. I was hoping once I retired that I would have the time to enjoy it again. I have always been a fan of Triumph having owned a GT6, TR6 and an TR7 in the past. Unfortunately other priorities are taking precedent.
Recently I installed a new battery and fresh gas and the engine started. The car will need new carpets, the seats will need to be recovered (I have new original covers), The tires will need to be replaced. The water system and hoses will need to be looked at. The brake fluid will need to be replaced and the brake pads and slave cylinders examined. The existing steering wheel would need to be recovered or replaced.
The convertible top is in good shape. The bodywork and paintwork is in very good shape. Everything is original. No modifications were made.
