Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to offer a stunning 1932 Ford 5 Window Coupe. This beautiful HiBoy was built a mere 2,000 miles ago and is truly show worthy. Often hot rodders are afraid to paint a car black because it can show every imperfection. In this case, the all steel body is in such great shape, there was no other choice for color. The black paint is polished to a high gloss and is so rich it looks like you could reach your hands right into it. The body is Henry Ford steel which sits on top of a Pete and Jakes chassis. The chassis and underside is just as clean as the top. The chassis and suspension is all painted with gloss and the exhaust is polished. Once you start seeing the details, it's clear this baby is a show car. It has a coil over shocks in the rear and a 9" Ford rear end. The front has disc brakes, and a power booster has been sneakily hidden beneath the driver's side floor. Under the hood is a 350 CID Chevy small block mated up to a TH350 automatic transmission. The interior is just as clean as the exterior, with all custom upholstery. The red interior really pops against the black paint. A bench seat provides a comfortable seating position for you and your passenger. The door panels are custom molded and the headliner houses the AM/FM/CD stereo. An underdash AC unit will keep you cool on your way to the car shows. This rolling piece of art can be seen in greater detail in our St. Louis showroom or at www.GatewayClassicCars.com.
