Superior 454ci big block performance with 4-speed manual
transmission and 4.11 Posi rear axle!� Fitted with bucket seats,
power steering, and power assisted�brakes!� Great color combination
and fitted with Super Sport attributes!� A truly great car for the
money! Basically redesigned as the entry-level Chevrolet in 1968,
the Nova continued to sell very well considering the outstanding
availability of options, both under the hood and inside the cabin
for passengers. Even the Super Sport performance package was
allowed for power hungry buyers looking for affordable horsepower!
By 1970 though, the big block was eliminated from the options list,
leaving the dependable 350ci as the SS-only engine. So, as with
many muscle car enthusiasts, they were upgraded in garages to their
former glory! We are excited to offer this 1972 Chevrolet Nova SS
clone finished in Flame Orange over black bucket seat interior!
Under the hood lies a potent, rebuilt 454ci V8 fitted with an
Edelbrock Performer 2.0 aluminum intake, Holley Performance Series
770 cfm double pumper carburetor, Summit Racing Multi-spark
Capacitive Discharge Ignition System, Moroso HD plugs wires, Moroso
7-quart oil pan, long tube headers with 3" exhaust and Pypes Street
Pro performance mufflers, upgraded Auto Gear 4-speed manual
transmission, and 4.11 Posi-Traction 10-bolt rear axle with Mr.
Gasket aluminum differential cover! Options on this supreme power
house include power steering, power brakes, bucket seats with
headrests, 15" Rally wheels wrapped in 225/70R15 BF Goodrich Radial
T/A white letter tires, SS hood & exterior badging , body colored
sport mirrors, roof rail drip moldings, sport steering wheel,
upgraded Alpine AM/FM/CD player, under dash oil psi & temp gauges,
and more! This car began life from the Van Nuys, CA plant fitted
with a 350ci V8-2bbl according the VIN. Today, with such special
attention to the restoration, it will undoubtedly impress anyone
