Vehicle Description
This factory fuel-injected 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Roadster, serial# 30867S114605, is a fully restored, correct numbers-matching vehicle. Restored to National Corvette Restorers Society (NCRS) Top Flight and Bloomington Gold Standards, this Corvette runs and drives just like a new 1963 vehicle with little more than 1,400 well-cared-for miles since restoration in 1990. The consignor, a fine collector of high quality exotic and sports cars, is selling this vehicle from his private collection and maintains its condition to a high standard.
“Father of the Corvette” Zora Duntov and Stingray designer Larry Shinoda inspected this vehicle at the 1993 NCRS event at Cypress Gardens, Florida, and autographed the Corvette on the underside of its hood. Scoring sheets for that event indicate this car scored a 96.4 out of 100. All scoring sheets for Bloomington and NCRS events are available for inspection.
Meticulous restoration records, complete with photographs and receipts, were kept during the restoration and are available for inspection. These records, combined with the aforementioned judging sheets, confirm that this 1963 fuel-injected Corvette Roadster is a high quality, correct, numbers matching vehicle worthy of a place in the garage of any serious collector. Sold with a title.
