Vehicle Description
This is one cool hot rod that's been extremely well built. Very
cool history. A guy built this car and showed it at the World of
Wheels in 1959. He sold the car and lost touch with it. 35 years
later he bought the car back. He completely restored it and showed
it at the World of Wheels again in 2009, 50 years later! Only 100
miles since done. Its blacked out, slammed down and bad ass
looking. The attention to detail is very impressive. The underside
and frame are just as smooth and glossy as the body! Even the welds
on the frame have been ground smooth. Frame is raised front and
back to lower the car. Everything is carefully and neatly
installed. Has tubular front and rear suspension. Coil over shocks
in back. Disc brakes in front with polished calipers. Has blacked
out Cragar wheels with new vintage Firestone tires. The motor is
automotive art with the 6 carbs, black headers and old school
distributor. It has what looks like a vintage Vertex magneto, it's
actually and electronic distributor. Has Offenhauser intake with 6
carbs, currently runs on the 2 center carbs for reliability.
Mechanics are completely rebuilt including the 327 motor. Interior
is very clean and simple. Ignition, lights, horn are hidden. Has a
Model T detachable steering wheel wrapped in leather, Lokar shifter
and SW gauges. This is rolling art!
