This 1939 Ford Deluxe “Fordor” Convertible Sedan is being offered for sale out of a large New England collection at NO RESERVE. This was the last year that Ford produced a convertible sedan, with approximately 3,500 rolling off the line, giving this vehicle a unique place in automotive history. An older, quality restoration, the blue paint and tan interior are still in very good condition. The consignor indicates that this vehicle is a “perfect driver” and mechanically sound. Under the hood, the classic Ford V8 engine runs smoothly and the transmission shifts well. A popular option in 1939, this vehicle still has the factory Columbia 2-speed rear end.
