This 1964 Ford Fairlane 500 Thunderbolt Clone received a full frame
off restoration in 2002 and comes with complete documentation,
photo's receipts. Since its restoration it has been driven very
sparingly and looks as good today as when the restoration was
completed. The exterior features a high quality white paint job
over a laser straight body. It is complemented by a fiberglass hood
with teardrop hood scoop, near flawless chrome and trim, excellent
glass however the windshield does show a very light wiper mark on
the passenger side, and American Racing Turbo Thrust style alloy
wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich Radial T/A RWL tires. Underneath you
will l find a Mustang II front clip with rack and pinion steering,
and power four wheel disc brakes. Inside is a black vinyl bucket
seat interior with custom console that all looks brand new! It
features a Sun Pro set of gauges and Tach., Wood rimmed LeCrarra
custom steering wheel, B&M floor shifter and the factory AM
push button radio. The dash and gauges also appear as new. In the
trunk is a fresh mat over the rust free floor and the relocated
battery. Under the hood you will find a very detailed engine bay
that houses a fully built Ford 428 CI Cobra Jet V8 with MSD
Ignition, Aluminum High Rise Manifold, Holly dual feed carburetor,
tube headers, custom dual exhaust and cooled by an aluminum
radiator. All of this is backed by a Ford C-6 automatic
transmission. This car runs very strong and drives great. It is
