Mustang Mach 1. The name "Mach 1" came from a 1959 display concept
car called the "Levacar Mach I" at the Ford Rotunda. This was also
the year Apollo 14 had landed on the moon. The overall condition of
this car is one that is hard to complain about. It has had a new
front grille, and front pony emblem installed. It had the fog
lights cleaned and repainted so you can ensure a safe drive in the
early mornings. The ed paint is in great condition making this car
one to turn you head for. This piece of American muscle is powered
by the original 351 Cleveland CID V8 and looking to be unleashed
back on the road. The Carburetor has been professionally rebuilt
along with a remanufactured distributor with a new cap, rotor, and
wires. A new radiator, new electronic ignition, and new timing
chain and gears have also been added to the car. To keep this
beauty running strong and looking good the engine compartment has
been completely detailed, and had all the original decals added.
The engine power is transmitted to the road through the 3-speed FMX
automatic transmission which has been resealed and has new
transmission mounts added. The wheels are in great shape and have
tires with plenty of tread life on them, the hub caps are also in
like new condition. To ensure the car still stops in a timely
manner it has had the brake booster professionally rebuilt & the
car has disc brakes on the front (drum in the rear). It also
received new rear shocks, and had the front sway bar bushings
replaced. If you're able to notice, the undercarriage of this car
is very clean. The owner left the floor pans and a few other key
areas uncoated to show how well it has been taken care of. Moving
to the driver seat you'll notice a nicely done vermillion colored
interior. Everything from the floor to the headliner of this car is
in fantastic shape & the red on red color scheme really makes this
car pop. It has new seats in the front and back & new foam added to
the front seats to make for a comfortable ride. The door panels are
new and the car has had the red and black trim repainted to provide
the clean fresh look. The car has a new digital radio and front
speakers that have been installed, alongside the new LED dash bulbs
and headlight switch that have all been replaced as well. The A/C
has been converted over to the R134 with a new dryer and other
components. Moving to the trunk you'll see it has been completely
cleaned and repainted. There is also new tail light housings and
