This '76 Scout is a beast and ready to turn some heads. The Engine and mechanical work was done a couple years ago. This winter the project was finished by getting the body and paint done. It is looking good now but any good project starts with the drive train. This Scout was woken up in a big way by dropping in a 5.3 Vortec. The V8 was rebuilt along with the mated transmission prior to installation. Classic looks with a modern fuel injected engine that can smoke the tires. Rebuilt front end, Front DISC brakes, yes this Scout performs as good as it looks. It's looking good thanks to fresh paint from the doors back. Here is the best part, yes there was some rust but it was all cut out and replaced with metal. No hack job bondo job, full metal cut out and replaced with metal. Floor boards, Rockers, Interior rear 1/4's exterior lower quarters front and rear. Professionally done and done well.
