Vehicle Description
This custom pickup features an El Camino rear grafted onto Buick
Grand National with a very rare set of Lauren Engineering side
skirts and rear roll pan with custom tailgate. It's powered by a
231ci 6-cylinder engine with automatic transmission. This vehicle
has just had a complete paint job with the glass removed. Rust
repair was made with new sheet metal. New items include tires,
front pads and rotors, rear drums and upgraded S10 rear brake
cylinders. The unreliable electric brake booster was removed to
install a vacuum booster but the wiring is still there. While the
car was in the body shop, the original rims were sent out to be
repolished as well as add new center cap and lug nuts. The only
suspension modifications involved replacing the ball joints and
installing the rear airlift helper bags. The interior received a
new headliner and rear seat curtain from Camino parts warehouse,
along with seatbelts in matching Grand National colors.
