1965 Cobra tribute car-practical Cobra factory built in 1992 By G Cobra Cars Inc. #7 of 15 built. 350HP Chevy V8, automatic, air conditioning, roll up glass windows, tilt, power brakes & steering, lift off top fits into flip up rear end trunk, all emissions, impact bumpers & low miles showing. built near Madison, Wisconsin. Carroll Shelby sued them & 11 of the 15 were destroyed, & this is one of 4 survivors. a practical Cobra with all the goodies!!
Here is a super rare factory built 1965 Cobra replica, built in 1992 by G Cobra Cars Inc,near Madison, Wisconsin. only 15 cars were ever built. this one is #7 of 14,& only 4 cars still exist !! Carroll Shelby sued the company & retrieved 11 cars & had them all destroyed ?? the cowl, windshield, dash & doors are from the GM J body vehicles, front & rear suspension & drive train, are from a Ford Mustang, & they came with either a Ford or GM warranty, depending on engine choice. this one is a Chevy V8 with 350HP, 3 speed automatic & 0-60 in under 5 seconds, roll up glass windows, air conditioning, tilt wood wheel, power brakes & steering, all emissions, soft top lifts off & stores in the flip up rear end/trunk, flip up full front end for easy engine access. these are not kit cars, & have, safety rails in the doors, impact bumpers. due to their construction process meeting Federal requirements, with factory warranties, they had unique government issued 17 digit Vin #s, with last 2 digits being the production #s. titled as a 1992 Cobra & weight is 3000 pounds. theses are daily drivers. a lot of car for only $28,900.!! that's all $28,900.!! more room inside also. we can ship it to your door by enclosed, truck carrier, & we ship almost anywhere in the world by enclosed ship containers. this car is now 25 years old.!!
