Vehicle Description
This is a 1967 MGB Convertible. This beautiful car with the shiny
black paint and burgundy top, and burgundy leather interior is a
great example of the Mark I series. The car was mechanically
restored only 2,500 miles ago. The 1800 cc engine was overhauled
with complete valve work, head resurfaced, block bored and new
pistons. The cam, lifters and push rods were also replaced along
with a machined crank, a new timing chain and oil pump. Other items
replaced were the battery, starter, radiator, fan blade, shroud,
master cylinder and gas tank. The distributer was replaced with a
Frame Thrower electronic ignition along with a new fuel pump. It
has new front brake pads and rotors and new rear brake shoes and
wheel cylinders. The front and rear brake hoses were replaced. It
has improved safety features such as LED brake lights and turn
signals, and brighter CIBE-type headlights and 3-point seat belts.
The top is new with the new fold down Stafast and custom zippered
rear window and matching tonneau cover. All maintenance has been
completed. All receipts from the rebuild are included. This car is
excellent for daily use. Please contact Savannah Classic Cars at
